I have to much heat in my body. I also have vitamin b12 more than normal limit so what can I do to decrease the heat level in my body?

Eat healthy food and avoid all junk food and other bad habits. Exercise everyday so that the body maintains a healthy status. Have more fruits and vegetables with lots of water (8-10 glasses or more). Do not compromise on sleep. Sleep on time everyday for 6-8 hrs. Keep checking the vitamin B12 levels once a year to review.

take overnight soaked Fennel Seed (2 spoon seeds in 1 glass water ) as first thing in morning . Have your breakfst by 08:00 am ( add Barley Daliya in regular diet) , Take 1 Spoon GUlaknd + 1 spoon fennel seed with 1 glass milk ( about 11:am) . Eat fennel seeds after meals. Dont take anything Sour much ( like tamarind, Lemon JUice , Amchoor etc. ) Avoid Spicy food.
