Hello lybrate-user. For some people this is bcoz of Sensitivity / due to strain / excess of body heat in your case I don't know the cause. Whenever you feel this. Try to Blink your eyes as much as possible for 10- 15 mins. (or close years eyes atleast for 10- 15 mins) if you r addicted to using Smart phones that also would b one among the reason. 1. Drink a glass of water atleast once in 3 hrs. 2.Close your eyes N try to avoid all the thoughts which come to your mind while doing this. 3. If you r Staring at Smartphones screen/ Laptop screen take a break of 15 mins away from your screen & try to stare at some object which is bit far from u. 4. Instead of doing all this for a week if you find no changes it's time to Visit an Opthalmologist & get your eyes checked & follow his instructions properly. Sometimes not all advices you find in Internet help you until you meet the right person & get it Sorted out in Authentic way. Takecare.
