My mouth has very foul smell. Please tell what the reason and how can I remove this?

Get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night use betadine mouth wash drink plenty of water add more fiber to diet.

Hello Foul smell from mouth may be due to many reasons like food debris between two teeth, ignoring tongue hygiene while brushing etc. To Prevent/Eliminate foul smell: 1. Brush twice a day using correct brushing technique (watch youtube videos to learn correct method. 2. Change your toothbrush every 3 months. 3. Use floss daily (to clean between teeth). 4. Clean your tongue daily. 5. Gargle with plain water after every meal. 6. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables. 7. Limit intake of tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, sticky and sweet food. 8. Use a mouthwash once a day. If your problem still persists, kindly visit your nearby dentist for a proper clinical examination. The dentist may advise you for professional cleaning known as scaling an polishing. Kindly follow the advice to eliminate your problem.

Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily. Night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Get scaling i.e cleaning done n get your full mouth check up done to rule out any cavities caries or any other reason ..Definitely you will get rid of your problem .

You need Scaling and polishing of your teeth to be done by a dentist. Dentist will also prescribe some mouthwash or gum paint according to your gum condition. This should rectify the problem of foul smell from your mouth. Hope this helps.

Kindly get yourself checked for tartar deposit if present kindly get it cleaned by dentist.
The smell can be Because the food particles stuck between your teeth must have become hard and thus just brushing will not solve the problem. Please visit a dentist for cleaning and polishing of the teeth. Following that, brush twice a day. Use a medicated mouth wash. Also, do tongue cleaning. Drink lots of water. Please check for any cavity present in your teeth.
A professional cleaning and polishing can resolve your problem within few weeks. You can use prescribed mouthwash for sometime. Home remedies will temporarily solve your problem like chewing mint chewinggum, not takin onions or garlic in your diet etc. If the actual cause is not treated, problem persists longer. THANK YOU.
