Sir, One thing more that my body weight increase day by day even my diet is not much. I mostly take light diet. I really too tensed about my health. .plz tell me the solution.

Take plenty of water every day. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Avoid preserved foods. Take high fiber low fat diet. Take enough sleep atleast for 7 hours. Do regular exercise. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.
