lybrate-user this is very normal and is called postpartum depression, as suddenly you start feeling restricted due to C-section or post delivery care for your own self ,apart from the responsibility of a newly born. You will soon get over with it ,don't worry and instead feel the joy of recently acquired status of mother hood, as it's just you who will have to bear through all of this strongly and positively. Father's have a little role to play here, as neither are they restricted nor they have to feed the baby, but they can be there with you for all the emotional and moral support, and also can help you with the babies nappies and waking up on babies calls. Hope this small advise of mine will push you to more positivity now, TC.
