If I take in morning tea and skimmed milk 2mango in mid morning green tea in lunch I take one roti 3cup moong dal rice 1cup than in snack time I take tea n skimmed milk than one mango and than in dinner I take moong sprout with mango. I do workout at home power yoga, yoga ,30 day challenge, power yoga hiit etc every month I change workout it OK I can loose weight.

Avoid having mangoes. If you wish, you can have 1 mango in a day. Switch to fruits like Apple, Pear, Blueberry, Avocado, Apricot. Instead of regular ones, go for light veggies. Have rice without starch. Besides yoga, try aerobics for fast weight loss.

Hello, The diet recall you have provided is not sufficient to make judgement on the calories you should consume. You haven't mention the frequency and the intensity of workouts you do,since that plays a vital role in counting calories. From the above information i have,i feel you are lacking in good carbohydrates(which are very imp) and good quality proteins,increase on folic acid and iron intake as well. 5times a week workouts will be helpful.
