Blood sugar level (pp 187 mg/100 ml) is fairly ok. However, to bring it down further you have to exercise for more than 1 hour every day, follow the dietary advise meticulously, avoid sweets, direct sugar, fruits like mango, chikkoos, grapes, bananas and aoid smoking and alcohol. If you follow the changed life style meticulously, sugar levels can be brought down further.
