Mine is a complete office job (ful time sitting) .some times have to work 6-7 hours in stretch sitting. will not get time for exercise, I have lots of belly fat. Please suggest how to reduce it? Please suggest a diet plan.

Hello, count calories while sitting at your desk. Keep track of what you eat for a few days and then subtract 500 to 700 calories from them plan what you are going to eat, start by filling your diet by fruits, vegetables, salads they help to trim your belly fat, make healthier choices like healthy snacks, nuts, etc. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fluid rich fruits and vegetables.
