I am , female 24 years old. I am feeling so week even I had proper vegetarian diet. Previously doctor gave me vitamin capsules and I have used it well. And again now I am feeling not feeling active. What should I do?

hello mam, have small and frequent meals. take plenty of fruits. take plenty of water . take milk and milk products. take paneer. pulses, tofu, soy milk, sprouts, egg. do walk daily . don't skip ur meals and breakfast specially .
