Hi. Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too.

Hello First start brushing you teeth twice a day, watch you tube videos to learn proper brushing technique. Start using floss daily. Do remember to clean your tongue twice a day while brushing, as tongue is the place where maximum food debris accumulates. If the problem still persists, visit your nearby dentist as sometimes problem may be there due to some other factors like tobacco chewing, gum problems etc.
