Mushrooms contain small amounts of protein, much less than soya. 100 gm soya contain aprox 21 gm of protein and 100 g mushroom contain aprox 3 gm of protein. Soya is pulse protein and mushroom is vegetable and it shows lots of nutritional value difference. You can't compare and you can take mushroom in moderate amount if you have any fungal infection then only you have to avoid the mushroom.
