I have acne marks and acnes also in my face, and it also grows after one is remove. Also I have acnes on my shoulder, doctors said it as acne vulgaris. I tried clindamycin gel and taken azithromycin for more than 1 year. Please consult me for this.

Hi you should start isotretinoin 20 mg capsules 1 daily after dinner for 4-5 months. At night you can apply adapalene + benzoyl peroxide gel on affected areas. Use salicylic acid+glycolic acid based facewash twice in a day. Continue using clindamycin gel in the morning and also apply sunscreen in daytime. You can undergo chemical peeling treatment if your acnes don't get better once in every 2-3 weeks for 4-5 sittings. With isotretinoin you will see initial flare up of acne for next 2-3 weeks and dryness of skin and chapping of lips which is normal. Apply moisturisers on skin and vaseline on lips in case.
