My vitamin d is just 6.03 and total cholesterol is 228. Hdl is 39 and ldl is 148. Triglycerides is 216. My creatinine value is 1.03 and blood urea nitrogen is 6.79. Uric acid is 7.1whereas calcium is 10.06 and sodium is 141. My bun/sr. creatinine ratio is 6.59. Is my kidney damaged? What should I do to keep normal my kidney levels? And what about cholesterol and vit d deficiency?

I believe that now u are aware of various values. Increased uric acid is due to protein metabolic disorder so reduction of daily protein intake is required And as it has tendency of getting deposited in joints like knees ,great toe- mobility exercises along with med may be required.I recommend u to go in for paid consultation.Ayurveda has good treatment for all these issues
