Hello lybrate-user, according to your height, you should be atleast 45 kg. To gain weight, you have to eat well, after every 2 -3 hours. You can have 2 aloo parathas or paneer parathas in your breakfast. Then around 11-11: 30 am, have a milkshake like mango / banana/chickoo milkshake. If not milkshake, then have fruits. Then lunch at 2 pm - you can have 3 rotis with vegetable, rice, dal,ssalad, raita / curd, followed by some sweetdish like gulabjamun, or any sweet. In evening, have namkeen like bhelpuri, aloo tikki, burger, cheese sandwiches, poha, upma and may be kheer, halwa, chocolates, fruits. At dinner, have 2-3 rotis with veg, dal, salad, followed by sweetdish. You should gain 2-3 kg in a month if you ollow this diet plan daily and properly.
