Hello lybrate-user, hope you r fine, adrenal adenoma are almost always a incidental finding n if the size is not big let say more than 2 cm is having good prognosis. My advice to you is to take homeopathic treatment that will be completely based on constitution n presenting symptoms. Treatment will take time n in other way it will only need to be surgically removed. I Hope better results from homeopathy.
