This is not an arthroscopic problem if it is related to a kidney stone. We put across a stent in the tubes which carry urine out of the kidneys, so that they are not blocked by the stone - this means that there is little pain and the stone, if it is small, comes down the tube and may be passed in the urine. It is called endourology.
