I'm 29 years old, I am daily workouts and yoga also, but my stomach fat and hip fat not reduce. Help me.

Hello there! you can start taking brisk walks other than your usual yoga and workout. Do exercises Which focus on your hip muscles eg bridge exercise, squats,hip raise, lunges thanks.

Two things are required for reducing stomach and hips. #1 Reduced diet #2. Intensive exercise like running or Aerobis. When both these are combined properly and monitored then definitely you can get your weight and waist and hips under control.
