I am 48 years female with hashimoto Hypothyroidism since 12 years, hypertension and diabetes since 3 years. Taking Eltroxin 125 mcg as hormone replacement, Arkamin for BP and Metformin SR 1 g each morning and evening. Now, recently I had a bulging in stomach. I doubted an infection so got all blood work done for Hepatitis panel which came negative. I got ultrasound of abdomen/pelvis done which shows mild hepatomegaly and diffuse fatty liver. Now, since yesterday, I am not able to urinate by itself naturally. So, I took Lasix 40 once in morning as it is a diuretic and I am urinating but not like normally I do. Now, what might be the reason for this? What should I do?
