My hair growth is too slow. One month is passed I have cut my hair by zero machine. Since one month is passed but my hairs are small only. please give home remedy for fast growth of hair and for stronger hair roots.
Home remedies for hair growth-
1. A mixture of lemon juice and olive oil
2. Diluted apple cider vinegar
3. Onion juice
4. Home made egg mask
5. Mixture of amla powder and lime juice
6. Curry leaves boiled in coconut oil
Apart from this, never wash your hair dry, also never over massage them when applying oil.
Also diet is equally important. Take Foods rich in iron and copper: Spinach, walnuts, lentils, oatmeal, eggs, parsley, dill, oregano, peaches, strawberries, avocado, chickpeas, bittersweet chocolate and figs. Foods rich in vitamin B: Tuna, turkey, kale, potatoes, peanuts, tofu and natural yogurt.
Eggs and Dairy Products: Milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs etc. Are loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids. Dairy products are also a great source of biotin (Vitamin B7) that is known to fight hair loss.
If still you don't find much improvement I'll suggest you to take proper homeopathic constitution medicine that will cure the root cause and help you. You can take online consultation or msg privately.
Wish you good health!

Hi, hair growth has it's own cycle. This most often cannot be changed but factors like inappropriate nutrition can affect it. Please take lots of sprouts (half baked better), walnuts, almonds and boiled egg (if you like). Minoxidil can only lengthen the growth phase but does not increase the speed of growth. Stress also delays growth. Sleep atleast 7 hours at a stretch and exercise for an hour daily.

Apply it on your hair and scalp and leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes.
Wash it out and do not shampoo your hair with a shampoo.
Repeat once or twice a week.
