I tried many things. I ate enough food, yet I'm very slim. What is the matter with my body? Why didn't I get fatty? Please help me.

Hello lybrate-user, being slim or fatty is not important. But being and feeling healthy matters. Slim and fat body types are related to our genes even though a healthy diet, exercises and an overall healthy way of living has a very important effect on the same. Anyway follow a healthy diet which includes proper intake of proteins, carbohydrates and other important nutrients by adding fruits, vegetables,egg, milk ,nuts etc in your food.
