I'm vegan, do I have chance to get vitamin b12 in veggies, at present I'm using supplement for b12 namely b complex (beplex), sometimes nurokind, are these OK suggest me the ways to get b12 in my body without buffalo milk, mear.

It is very difficult to get natural B12 from food products for a vegan. You may search for certain cereals fortified with B12 otherwise you will have to take supplement only. You can opt for sublingual or chewable tablets.
