Hello, 2 days back I had a blood test for thyroid and the result is typhi igm positive and typhi igG is negative. I have medium headache and a very low fever only at mornings. I suggested a Msc. General surgeon and he didn't prescribed me any medicines except one vitamins tablet. He said no need of antibiotic course for this Igm positive. So can you please tell me whether I'm having typhoid or not. And can I eat non-veg.

typhoid severity depends on titration...if it is in low quantity positive then there is no need of medicines ...take proper diet, warm water for drinking. Avoid outside food, non veg etc...
