Dear lybrate-user: Depends on the type of cheese that you eat. If it is a low fat and unsalted cheese, you can be little liberal and eat up to 100-150g of cheese. If it is high in fats and added salts, then avoid it as much as possible and take up to 50-100 g at the maximum and do not consume it every day. A better alternative would be low-fat paneer (cottage cheese). However, it is important to have a well-balanced nutritious diet to have optimal health.
