I am taking protinex powder daily one teaspoon in night before going to bed, is there any effect with that, how does it work.

I think you are already having good body-weight of 73 kg with your age of 20 only and hence do not need any protein/food supplement as such. However if you are working hard in gym then you should take food supplement and or if you are having insufficient diet/food Note that you require 1gm of protein/kg body weight daily - if you reach it by your daily food you need not any supplement as excess of anything is not good for health.
