Hi i Am healthy 74ys. Have a disciplined food habits. Regular exercise & yoga schedule in tne morning. Vegetarian. I consume at least three different types of fruits after lunch and in the night few pieces of Apple. Lot of water. I finish my dinner before 7.30 PM. Inspite all these, frequently I get stools disorder. Release foul gas. Though I pass motion by habit. Can some one suggest to get rid of this disorder. Please

Take plenty of water and include more fibre in your diet like isabgol i.e. Psyllium husk 20g daily with warm water or milk. Take one probiotic daily like yakult or nutrifit.

Hello Lybrate user, First of all never consume fruit after lunch . It is always preferable to eat fruits in morning . Don't eat apple at night. Have bowl full of salads before meals and use bran in atta flour.
