Hello, Muscle soreness is quite common in the initial stages of workouts. Please maintain the correct posture and do it under the professional guidance. Ink warm milk with turmeric powder at bedtime.

Hii Looks like it is muscle soreness which is quite common after strenous exercises. It takes 24-72 hrs to resolve. You can apply ice or warm water for pain relief. Tender coconut water will help. Never increase your workout all of a sudden. Progress slowly over weeks. Do proper warm up and stretches before exercise and cool down after exercise to prevent developing soreness. Have sufficient fluids.
