I am suffering from obesity. My weight is now 93 and my age is 21 .I walk 30 min daily still I my weight is not reduce .I don't have any medical complication can you suggest some diet plan and some natural medicine. My thigh is so big so difficult to walk.

Morning diet (empty stomach) - any of these 1. Hot water with a Banana 2. Lemon and a teaspoon of honey in warm water. 3. Exercises -Running, Jogging, Cardio, skipping, (increase repetition and duration every week) After exercise- milk with corn flakes, fruits etc (Clearly no to oily, fatty foods) Lunch- 3-4 no. Of chapatis, greeny leafy vegetables Daal (Avoid oily, buttery, ghee based foods, avoid sweets, Namkeens) Avoid sitting for long hours, take small breaks in between. Walk for a while every hour. In evening, repeat some exercises and burn some calories with Skipping, cycling at least for half an hour. Dinner- Recommend to replace the current food habits with liquid, and healthy carb and fruits habits for at least two months. So as to get over previous stored fats. It's always hard to reduce the fat, but once you get to see your hard work is paying off, you wil get motivated. *Improve sitting position, try to sit with straighter back. *no junk foods, no beer, no cold drinks (try to control for a month, and see results) *
