Side effects of Xarb H Tablet include heartburn, abdominal pain, hyperkalemia, fatigue, dizziness, light headedness, upset stomach and Chills. Seek immediate medical attention in case you notice any allergic reactions like hives, rash, itching, trouble breathing or if you notice any other serious side effects like urinating less than usual, chest pain, feeling like you might pass out, increased thirst or mood swings.
