Atm 250Mg Tablet belongs to a group of Macrolide Antibiotics useful for treating numerous infections caused by bacteria like middle ear infections, traveler's diarrhea. Along with other medications, it is sometimes used for malaria. It is also used to treat a number of intestinal infections and sexually transmitted infections including gonorrhea and chlamydia. Administration of the medicine takes place either by mouth or intravenously with doses once per day.

You should not use Atm 250Mg Tablet without consulting a doctor if you :

  • have suffered from allergy, jaundice or other liver problems caused by taking azithromycin or other similar drugs such as clarithromycin and erythromycin sometime in the past; or
  • have myasthenia gravis, a heart rhythm disorder or a history of long QT syndrome(Long QT syndrome refers to a heart rhythm disorder that can potentially cause rapid heartbeats, irregular heart rhythms and even dealth).
  • Few common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, stomach upset and diarrhoea. An allergic reaction can be caused by Clostridium difficile. It?s usage is mostly considered to be safe even during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Atm 250Mg Tablet is an azalide so it works by putting an end to bacterial growth by cutting down protein synthesis entirely.

    Your dosage and how often you take the medicine will depend on your age, the condition being treated and its severity, other medical conditions and how you react to the first doze. Atm 250Mg Tablet is a prescription drug and its available as an oral tablet, oral suspension, eye drop, intravenous form that a healthcare provider cam give. Hie lybrate-user. "The only way out is through. It sounds counter-intuitive, but as someone who has dealt with social anxiety, I've found this statement to be true. It's natural to avoid anxiety or to deny its existence all together, but recovery comes in accepting it. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, relaxation and wellness, I've been able to address my anxiety head-on this past year. While I'm not sure it can ever be completely "cured" a holistic approach can certainly help manage and reduce it. Here's my advice: 1. Educate yourself: Learn the physiological causes and effects of anxiety. Your symptoms/feelings stem from your fears, your thoughts, and your body's own fight-or-flight response (an antiquated alarm system left over from our cavemen ancestors). Though the adrenaline rush is uncomfortable, these feelings are not harmful by themselves and cannot be sustained for very long either. So, though your heart may be racing, that's okay. You're safe and in no real danger. Think about this: If you've had an anxiety attack, you've likely already experienced the worst your body can feel. Don't be bluffed by physical feelings. 2. Relax & take care of yourself: Learn to recognize when you're feeling anxious and take the necessary steps to relax and take care of yourself (this includes identifying common triggers like alcohol, sleep, and caffeine). To reduce anxiety in the moment, try deep belly breathing or mindfulness meditation. Both of these help calm the adrenal response. To relieve more long-term tension, try progressive muscle relaxation or vigorous exercise. The main idea is to acquire tools to calm yourself whenever anxiety strikes, so you can more easily cope. Think about this: Your body is a machine like any other. If you take care of it, it'll take care of you. 3. Question your thoughts: Learn to judge your thoughts critically instead of accepting them as facts. Just do it immediately. Do this a handful of times and you will feel MUCH more at ease. Social anxiety is a head game played in some unreal future. Starting with your feet keeps you out of your head, Starting immediately keeps you in the present. You can imagine all you want, but that's playing anxiety's game. You should have a goal of eating breakfast every single morning, even if you're not feeling hungry or are running out of time. Eating breakfast will not only give you more energy in the mornings, but it has been shown to lower stress. You shouldn't eat anything too greasy or heavy; just eat enough to make yourself feel powered up. Examples are: A bowl of milk and cornflakes, one banana, 2 boiled eggs and a grilled vegetable sandwhich. 2)Eat every 3-4 hours. Even if you have an incredibly busy schedule, you can always take a minute to eat a snack, especially if you have one on hand.
