  4. Apple cider vinegar:

You can take apple cider vinegar by mixing one tablespoon of it in one glass of water. Take the solution before meals.

  5. Fennel seeds:

    Fennel seeds can be an instant remedy for gas problems. You can directly take some fennel seeds and chew them to get relief from your gastric pain. Another option is to put some fennel seeds in boiled water and drink it after a few minutes.

  6. Banana:

    Banana have medicinal properties that can effectively reduce your gastric problems. It increases gastrointestinal secretion and cures you of indigestion and other gastric problems. Consume 1 or 2 pieces of banana directly and you will see the positive results.

  7. Basil leaves:

    Basil leaves have some carminative and soothing properties that provide instant relief from gas, acidity as well as nausea. Take some fresh basil leaves and chew them properly if you are facing acidity problems. You can also boil it in water and have it by adding honey if you want to.

  8. Aloe vera:

  9. Clove oil:

    Clove is one of the effective home remedies in treating gas problems. It helps to increase the secretion of enzymes responsible for digestion. Make a habit of consuming clove oil after your meals daily if you are suffering from a gas problem.

  10. Avoid smoking and alcohol:

    Smoking leads to irritation in the throat which results in an upset stomach. Alcohol is not easy to digest and it also has adverse effects on the liver. So, avoid smoking and drinking if you are suffering from an upset stomach.
