Why does my stomach feels so hard when I eat food and I feel so full even if I eat less so much of growling sound and more over can not take proper breath whenever I eat food. And also I always burp please suggest me something I am taking nexpro 40 medicines for this.

Follow given tips to get relief: 1) Chew your meal nicely. Never eat in hurry. 2) Don't consume water in between or just after meals. It slows digestion process. 3) Roast all 3 herbs : Ajwain , Fennel and Cumin in equal quantities and grind roughly. Take 1 tea spoon from this mix with lukewarm water after 20 minutes of every meal. It will relax your all issues.

Best Diet For A Healthy Gut

Contrary to popular belief, not all bacteria are harmful to us. Within our body, each 'human' cell is complemented by 10 microbial cells. These range from bacteria in the gut to viruses and fungi in other parts of the body. Gut bacteria helps digest food, produce vitamins, communicate with the immune system and create small molecules that help the brain function. Thus it is essential to have a healthy gut- by which we mean a gut with plenty of friendly bacteria. 

There are many different types of bacteria living in the gut. Each of these is thrive on different foods. Thus to have a healthy gut, your diet should include a variety of cereals, fruits, vegetables etc.

Here are a few tips to keep your gut bacteria healthy :

1) Increase your fiber intake

A diet that is rich in fiber is the best way to promote the growth of diverse microbes in the gut. This includes fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, cereals and nuts. Fiber also helps prevent constipation and has been linked to lowering the risk of cancer. To prevent the buildup of gas and bloating by increasing fiber, drink plenty of water with all your meals.

2) Include probiotic foods in your diet

Probiotics need not only be taken in the form of supplements. This can easily be incorporated into your daily diet. These can be defined as live bacteria and yeasts that help the digestive system. Yogurt is one of the most common sources of probiotics. Kimchi or fermented vegetables, miso, cheese, buttermilk, fermented condiments and lentil sprouts are other examples of probiotic foods you should include in your diet. 

3) Try having some carminatives in your meals

Carminatives are foods that soothe the digestive system. Some common carminatives are cumin, ginger, oatmeal, cardamom, cinnamon and fennel. While cumin helps with the digestion of black beans, cooked oatmeal lines the stomach and soothes it. 

4) Eat weight loss friendly food

Being overweight not only affects how you look but also affects the digestion process. When you lose weight one of the first things you would notice is a lowered amount of abdominal discomfort as your gut begins to feel healthier. This is because weight loss lowers the pressure on the lower esophageal sphincter. This does not allow the valve to open more than necessary and hence prevents food and stomach acid flowing back into the esophagus. A good night's sleep is very essential for the body and mind to recharge and be ready to function to its full extent each day. Though the constant change in lifestyles has removed the fixed sleep hours, it is still advisable that for a healthy lifestyle, about 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep is essential. Studies reveal that about 60% of the UK population is sleep deprived, getting 6 or less hours of sleep. Further, studies have shown that there is a good correlation between a person's food habits and sleep pattern.

While some foods are good at inducing sleep, there are others which help you reduce the fatigue that brings in sleeplessness. The following is a list of foods with the most significant benefits outlined :

1. Fruits

-   Cherries contain melatonin which controls our biological clock. Often used to combat jetlag, melatonin improves sleep duration and quality of sleep.

Some time child got conceive in last days of cycle. So we got difference in scanning age and actual age. but this difference should remain near to constant ( still the difference of 4-6 days is fine) throughout your pregnancy. Now you are entering in 2nd trimister of your pregnancy. 1.) Eat only healthy:- Fresh,seasonal and lessely processed food. 2.) Eat at every 2-3 hours. Don't have heavy meals in a single go . Have 3 meals with 3-4 snacks per day. 3.) include fresh veggies as : salad, sauteed veg. , soups, cooked vegetables. 4.) include fruits as : salad, smoothie. or coconut water. can also add soaked and grinded almonds in fresh juices to increase their further nutrition. 5.) include soaked dry fruits and nuts : Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, dates, raisins. 6.)include milk based energy drinks: almond milk, date milk, coconut milk. add bran in chapati , if feeling constipated. say no to, tea, coffee, colas, hard drinks, processed, food, baking soda, packed food. can take limited bakery products.

Date milk is really good to improve blood and strength in body. Take overnight soaked Dates (3).After 1 hour of breakfast, around 10-10: 30 am boil these dates in 150 ml milk for 3-4 minutes. Let it cool and consume lukewarm. Also, prepare all vegetables in Pure iron utensil. Give Beetroot- Carrot Soup ,1/2 hour prior lunch and dinner.

A normal temperature range , where child doesn't feel sweat or shiver . Also run exhaust fat along with AC, it keeps fresh Oxygen in flow. Don't make him sleep in direct flow of AC's dry air , cover him with fine cotton sheet.

It's best time to develop taste for food. Offer him everything you eat at home ( rice/ chapati/ veggies/ dal/ egg) with some modifications according to his nutritional needs. Like, simply you can add milk in all sweet preparations instead of water and can add little ghee / paneer in all salty preparations . Offer him milk, 3-4 times in a day. Give him undiluted whole milk . You can opt for Cow's milk too. In Formula milk , Enfamil A+ , is a good preparation .
