Some time child got conceive in last days of cycle. So we got difference in scanning age and actual age. but this difference should remain near to constant ( still the difference of 4-6 days is fine) throughout your pregnancy. Now you are entering in 2nd trimister of your pregnancy. 1.) Eat only healthy:- Fresh,seasonal and lessely processed food. 2.) Eat at every 2-3 hours. Don't have heavy meals in a single go . Have 3 meals with 3-4 snacks per day. 3.) include fresh veggies as : salad, sauteed veg. , soups, cooked vegetables. 4.) include fruits as : salad, smoothie. or coconut water. can also add soaked and grinded almonds in fresh juices to increase their further nutrition. 5.) include soaked dry fruits and nuts : Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, dates, raisins. 6.)include milk based energy drinks: almond milk, date milk, coconut milk. add bran in chapati , if feeling constipated. say no to, tea, coffee, colas, hard drinks, processed, food, baking soda, packed food. can take limited bakery products.

Date milk is really good to improve blood and strength in body. Take overnight soaked Dates (3).After 1 hour of breakfast, around 10-10: 30 am boil these dates in 150 ml milk for 3-4 minutes. Let it cool and consume lukewarm. Also, prepare all vegetables in Pure iron utensil. Give Beetroot- Carrot Soup ,1/2 hour prior lunch and dinner.

A normal temperature range , where child doesn't feel sweat or shiver . Also run exhaust fat along with AC, it keeps fresh Oxygen in flow. Don't make him sleep in direct flow of AC's dry air , cover him with fine cotton sheet.

It's best time to develop taste for food. Offer him everything you eat at home ( rice/ chapati/ veggies/ dal/ egg) with some modifications according to his nutritional needs. Like, simply you can add milk in all sweet preparations instead of water and can add little ghee / paneer in all salty preparations . Offer him milk, 3-4 times in a day. Give him undiluted whole milk . You can opt for Cow's milk too. In Formula milk , Enfamil A+ , is a good preparation .

I am not eating any types of junk foods. I regularly do 15-20 Mins Exercise. My diet is very simple like eating Salads, Fruits, 2 slice of wheat bread with milk, dal and green vegetables. Check for your Stress level and sleep pattern. If your stress level is high (Physical / mental) or went to sleep in late hours or have Disturbed sleep. During stress, our breath becomes shallow .that leads to low oxygen concentration of the body. That results in low muscle percentage and higher fat percentage. Correct your things: like practice deep breath whenever you are stressed or at least 5 times a day. Improve your sleep pattern. Went to sleep by 10: 00 PM. Keep following healthy eating pattern. And also, go for Thyroid Profile test.

Surely, morning shift is best. If you want to improve on weight and muscle percentage. Take a fruits/ fresh fruit juice / fresh vegetable juice, half an hour prior gym.And some good Protein source : like- peanut butter sandwich, egg, paneer roll, sprouts, Badam milk, after 1/2 an hour of gym.

Stop taking any further fat from any source. There is no good or bad fat. Fat is fat and will further increase blockage. 1.) Start taking 'Zero oil cooked food" . You can see videos on YouTube. 2.) Increase Physical Exercise , specially aerobics. 3.) Take Arjunaristha 15ml twice a day. (can get in Baidhyanath or Dhoothpapeshwar)

Yes you can give. 80 ml Pomegranate juice and 1 Cup (uncooked) Palak . In case, if child's stool become hard, discontinue giving Anar in any form .

Sedentary lifestyle, stress and staying hungry for long hours for work or weight loss, increases weight further. Today, in compare of last generation boys and girls both are bulkier. But girls have natural tendency for higher fat percentage and lower muscle percentage then boys. Thus on gaining little weight they looks more bulkier and plumpy in compare to boys.

If everything else is same, like: lifestyle, eating pattern, stress level etc. C then firstly go for Thyroid Profile test. 15 kg in 2 month is really high gain. If Thyroid is fluctuating, take medication and make changes in lifestyle and diet.

Staying hungry for long hours or increased PITTA of the body is responsible for loss of hunger. Start having meals /snacks in every 2-3 hours . you can start with 2 spoon only. Take things that have cold potency. like- milk, coconut water, coconut milk, Barley daliya . Also add seeds, apricot seeds, pumpkin seeds in your regular diet. It will help in increasing body's sense of hunger. Take Sheet Sudha from Dhoothpapeshwar , 10 ml with equal amount of water after 1 hour of breakfast (about 10: 00 am )

I am 19 yes old. I go to the gym everyday. I do heavy weight training with perfect form. But what is happening is my upper body is getting skinnier and lower body is fat. It's exact opposite. Remove all fat and fat sources from your diet (add spices in food , but not fat. Go for ' zero oil cooking' ) . Take vegetable / fresh fruit juice 1/2 hour prior workout. And some good protein source after 1/2 an hour of workout. ( like: eggs, Badam MIlk, Sprout- paneer salad, SOya milk, Peanut butter sandwich etc. ) Check , your BCA . If your thigh part have higher muscle percentage , stop workout for thighs do only stretching. But if fat percentage is high , go for cycling, cross- trainer ( not weights) .

If you have already purchased. You can use it. As your weight is 62 kgs, your max. Daily protein requirement is 93 gm per day, when you are also doing exercise. You can have 1/3 of it from supplement. So you can have 31gm of protein from protein supplement. Take this, after 1/2 an hour of your exercise session.

During growth years, PITTA (metabolic fire) remains high .That helps in regular growth of the body. But if we skips meal during these years (specially between 10: 00- 02: 00 PM) this metabolic fire become unbalanced, that creates inflammation. It drastically effects - skin, eyes, liver, absorption of nutrients and hunger. Her Pitta, is imbalanced now. That's the reason she is facing trouble with skin, hunger, weight. Firstly, remove all things that are hot in potency, like- tea, coffee, eggs, unsoaked dry fruits, Garam masala, Maida/ Refind flour. Take liver strengthening herb, Kalmegh (4gm, overnight soaked in 1/2 cup water) consume as first thing in morning, for 1 month. Have 5 meals in a day (including mid morning and evening snacks. Take Coconut milk, Badam milk (home made, Brahmi herbal tea, soaked pumpkin seeds - 20gm as your early morning, mid morning and evening snacks. Do pranayam that balalnces heat of the body, like- Sheetali, Sheetkari pranayam.

Our body start burning store fat after 1/2 an hour of exercise . If you want to loose your fat, stop adding further it in your diet , so that body can use your already stored reserves . Have 2 Egg white or any other natural protein source after 1/2 an hour of gym . It will help in build up of muscles .

Take - Dhoothpapeshwar's Swamala (with gold extract) 1 spoon after Breakfast and 1 spoon after dinner with 1 cup milk. Boil this milk with a small piece of Ginger . For precaution, start having 1/2 to 3/4 glass of water (lukewarm or at room temperature) in every 1 to 1.5 hour.

Take Coriander leaves juice (made from 100 gm leaves) . Add sips of water to bring out juice. Now add, 1 lemon juice . consume fresh as first thing in morning . Take 4 small meals per day. Add more of sauteed vegetables , fresh fruits and soaked nuts as snacks. Avoid fried food, white flour, white sugar, bakery and processed foods.

My age is 25 and weight is 50 kg. My problem is my fat legs. My upper body is slim but my legs are comparatively very fat. I don't exactly remember when my legs got fat but I noticed it some 5 years ago. It is very much visible in photographs also. I tried different exercises for hours but nothing worked. Make a bland of essential oils : Lemon+ grape Fruit+ Cyprus oil . mix all in equal quantities and take 45 drops from this mix, add this to 50 ml almond oil. DO regular massage of 20 minutes with this oil . Massage in circular motions . and after this , take a mug of hot Chamomile herbal tea/ black coffee. This will help in melting fat from the area and when you will exercise , you can burn it easily. Will see results in 10 days only.

I am 23 years old female. Recently my doctor did some test and discovered I have very low amount of vitamin D in my body. So I am on FERONIA D3 tablet. But what I am concerned now is, my stomach hurts as I have food or after I am out of bathroom its Just random. And my stools are black. Never has it been like this ever. please help me out. Safest way to improve active vitamin D is early morning's Sun Bath of 20 minutes .try to expose more while sitting in sun rays. Consume fresh Wheat grass juice (25 ml ) , empty stomach in morning . Also add, Sunflower seeds, Mushroom in diet. And if you takes non veg. add liver in your diet.

Take this formula, it will improve your digestion as well as absorption of nutrients from whatever food you eat. It is not necessary to take costly food supplements to improve weight.Also, these formula food will stress your digestive system further. Take Trikatu churna (4gm) with water , 1/2 hour prior lunch and dinner . Take Trifla Churna ( 4gm ) with water , 1/2 hour after lunch and dinner. Take 5 meals ( 3 main meals and 2 snacks) per day. Add: Soaked sunflower seeds( 20gm, around sunrise) , Coconut giri ( fresh) , Peanut butter, Seasonal Fruits, Sprouts , Use mix flour for Chapati ( 4 parts Wheat flour+ 1 part Soyabean / Chana Flour in oyur regular diet.
