Dear sir I am thin boy, I used to go to gym 4-5 days a week taking 2-3 eggs and 3-4 bananas par day from 2 weeks still I am not getting any change in my body. I do not want to take proteins just for a reason I heard that ,i have to take proteins all time to maintain my body. I take my lunch at dinner daily at fix timings and sleeps 1 hour after dinner Please help me to make my body healthy ,basically biceps with more diameter Please help me.
