I am 18 years old and has been smoking for 3 years. I have pnd due to allergies that is why I keep on getting mucus in my throat. I smoke marijuana also occasionally. nowadays I noticed that when I smoke marijuana my right side of chest tends to squeeze and sometimes its towards the middle! How can I cure it?

Why do you want to irritate your nose, throat and chest with smoking? Adding fuel to fire. You are young and you can stop both smoking and marijuana, if you try hard for 12 weeks.
