I am 18 now my doctor told that I should not do weight training what is the right age to start intense weight training.

You are at the appropriate age to do any physical activity. However the male muscle building hormones peak at around 21-22. So I would suggest you to do intense weight training at that time as it will give you better results. In the mean time just do light weight training or body weight training. Or you can do athletics to make your body more prepared for heavy weight training.
