I want to loss weight but I do not know the right way. I wake up and go for a walk at 6.00 am and at 6.30 am after that I take my homemade protein shake and 1 after 15 min 1 do some Arabic dance and exercise for 30 mins. But I feel so low and hungry tell me the right way to do exercise and brkfst.

Eat proper food instead of shakes. Shakes Dont work. Eat an apple in the morning. Eat roti afterwards. Dont stay hungry. Staying hungry is a wrong strategy. Eat fruit/salads and proteins like sprouts to keep your stomach filled specially before meals.
