I have a pain problem in the ankle region on the right leg. I have taken two x rays and an MRI. No fracture. Pain gets worse when I sit for long or after getting up from bed. Not able to keep my foot down. If I run and strain pain gets bad and for a few days I am limping .Do not know what to do and is affecting my movements and life style .It also pain is the tendon at the back of the heel most of the time.

Have you done blood investigations Including Serum Uric Acid. Apply a pressure bandage from toes to knee. Take regular pain medicines for 2-3 weeks.
