Please help I am a breastfeeding mother. I feed my baby twice in a day and night feeding. I'm afraid if I follow a 1200 calorie diet and burn 200-300 calories per day. It may lead to my breast milk dry forever. Though I am taking a balance diet food.

I understand your child is just 4 days old.thatmeans he sleeps most of time and may cry in night.but for first 15 days child is less active and may need few cc of milk which is enough for your baby.l would advise you to feed as child demands may be some times every 1-2hours.
