Hi, I am 27 years old, hight is 5.9 ft and weight is 77. I have two queries: 1) diet plan 2) weight loss exercise 1) To do a proper diet, what should be the carb, protein and fat percentage to be consumed daily. 2) For weight loss daily I am doing 30 mins skipping exercise. I am taking patanjali Divya Godhan ark twice a day for weight loss, is there any side effects.
