I am suffering from Calcaneal Spur in my right leg heel for the past 5 years and heard that there is no specified treatment for this. Do you have any exact solution for this because, I could not place my foot on the floor and that much of pain I am feeling every time.

Hi. You can take anti inflammatory medication or cortisone injections under consultation of orthopaedic as you are having this condition for the last 5 years. Apart from this you can do ice massage for 10 mins on the affected area Contrast bath I.e.alternating hot and cold Fomentation. To keep your foot in hot water for 5 mins and cold water for 2 mins. Repeat for 4 to 5 times. Start and end with hot water only. Use sports shoes with soft and cushioned soles orthotic devices to relieve pressure. Can get from any surgical /sports stores.
