Hello Lybrate user. You can easily fix this problem with some dietary changes and lifestyle modification. Avoid fatty and spicy food, avoid smoking and consuming liquor if you used to. Take fibre rich diet like whole grain food, oats, salad, almonds, flex seed etc. Avoid sedentary life and go for jogging/ brisk walk/ cycling. Do pranayam and yoga.
