I am dancing regularly but my cheeks getting thinner and depression appear please tell me some health tips.

If you get depressed after dancing, then you should stop dancing. Eat a healthy and balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, protein foods like milk, paneer, soy, dals, eggs, chicken, fish (if non-vegetarian). Eat after every 2-3 hours. Drink 8 -10 glasses of water daily.
