Dear Lybrate user. That means urine is concentrated, may b your water consumption is less. Plus your backache, which is pointing to a urinary infection, or a kidney stone. So you need to increase water intake. U can have coconut water. I suggest you to investigate for it.

Dear lybrate-user the pain is not related to surgery. Gym exercises can give some pain which is relieved with ice therapy. If pain persists then see a doctor. The urine color is naturally yellow. Still to clear your doubt you can get urine examination done in Lab.
