Even during this cold winters in Delhi my underarms sweat. I am wearing warm clothes and feeling cold but my underarms are sweaty and smelly. What should I do? My breast size is large and I always have rashes under them. Even wearing an air very comfortable loose bra makes no difference. Sometimes its big sweaty, becomes red and itches a lot. The itching is unbearable. I apply candid powder at night and sleep. Is there a possibility of decreasing breast size without operation.
