Digestion problem I work night shift. And I have constant constipation and dierea problems. Please advice?

Be regular on your eating habits and time. Chew your food properly. Eat slowly not hurriedly, without talking, Take cereals, greenleafy vegetables, soups,salads, fruits. 8to 10 glasses of water. Walk atleast 30 to 40 minutes per day. Consult for further guidelines telephonically.

See if the shift suits you. You can increase fiber in your diet. Have lots of vegetables and fruits in daily diet. You can use green salad with little salad oil along with regular food. Avoid all junk food. Avoid all bad habits. Exercise every day. You can drink warm water everyday and go for a walk/ jogging (which ever suits you ) which will stimulate your system. You can also learn yoga which is very effective.
