I received oral sex about two months ago the woman glided her finger around the tip of the penis a day after I had a red pee hole with an itch. I was tested for stds and all were negative. The redness went away as well as the itch but I felt pain when I resumed having sex .It was an intense shooting pain after a few weeks of no sex or masturbation it is now a random sting throughout the day and I feel slight pain at the tip when I urinate. I saw a urologist and he seems to see slight irritation at the tip of the inside of the urethra. It has been 2 months but I still feel stinging throughout the day. If this was a small abrasion should it have healed by now? Or does the mucosa skin in penis take months to heal because I am constantly urinating over it.
