Hello sir, my name is ishaan, I am 19 years old, actually I am healthy teen, I am weighing around 100 kgs, and also my BP usually remains more than normal, I usually feel shortness of breath and yesterday I was just standing to drink water but suddenly something happened to me like it was a sudden black out in front of my eyes and it was a feeling like my heart would sink at that moment and I can't breathe at that time, I was trying to breath but it was like oxygen is not going through my body and also suddenly I was having cold sweats! And after 1 or 2 minutes everything was fine it was a feeling like I came out from unconsciousness after sitting on my chair! Can it be a MINOR HEART ATTACK? I have my ECG checked 3 years ago but it was normal, and also I feel sometimes very rare like 1 time a month a sudden pain like someone pinched me very hard near my heart and also when I wake up between my sleep at night I also hear my heart beating alot like it makes my body vibrate uh know what I meant to say !PLEASE HELP me, I will be waiting for your reply Kindly reply as soon as possible! Firstly. You are just 19, having so many problems related to heart. You have to take your health very seriously. First. You have to reduce your weight. Start with small targets and then gradually increase it. Some dietary recommendations for you are: 1.Avoid milk and milk products like cheese, curd,ice-creams, paneer etc. 2.Avoid sugar and sweets, chocolates. 3.Use omega-3 rich oil like ricebran oil or olive oil. 4.Increase your intake of fibers like more and more of salad veges and green leafy veges. 5.Take sprouts regularly. 6.avoid bakery products, pizza,burger, fats and fries. 7.Take dryfruits regularly like walnut/almond/cashew. 8.Avoid eating outside. 9.Boil one cup of water, add jeera. Strain it ,add few lemon drops .Take these water during or after meals.
