Hi, good question! congratulations for asking! similar measures are used to protect ourselves from malaria/ dengue/ chikungunya:- 1) keep yourself protected from mosquito bites. 2) children should not be allowed to play in shorts and half sleeved clothes. 3) use mosquito bed nets/ repellents/odomass/kachuachhap etc. In home whichever available or you can afford. 4) must: always have one anti-mosquito spray in house including kitchen/ bedroom in the starting of rainy season. 5) must: there should not be any water collection in house/ nearby house including water cooler/ bottles/ buckets/ holes etc. All the best.
