Hi I am 45 years old. From the last 6 months I have been suffering from osteoarthritis in knee joints and experience pain while stepping down stairs and bending knees. Kindly suggest relevant exercises for this. Thanks.

hello . u do some precautions as u can't sit on floor,use Western toilet, For pain relief u take hot water Fermentation on both knee for 15 minutes. Now u do exercises. 1. Bend ur knee with heel slide as possible without pain then hold for second then straight it. do 10 times with both knee. 2 . Take a towel roll and place under knee and press it downward hold for 5 second and relax it. do 10 time with both knee.
