Hello Dr. I'm a 2nd MBBS student. I study very well but now I'm very scared of my exams. Before I could start studying itself I get the fear that whether I can study that lesson? Will I be able to remember it. Many such things .by thinking of all those things I waste my time. How to overcome it. Any exercise any tips. please do help me to study well with confidence.

Dear lybrate-user, some amount of fear and anxiety are good for studies but if it starts to interfere with your performance, then its bad. You should have a specific task list for each day- wherein you write somewhere the topics that you want to finish in a particular day. Start by reading it - at times aloud, make points, write down keywords and draw diagrams to understand the concept. After finishing the topic, revise with points, as if explaining the topic to someone. You'll feel more confident and remember things for long. Exercise and practise some relaxation techniques to keep fear at bay.
